By accessing and using the CreatorVoice iOS application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CreatorVoice is an AI-powered voice coaching application designed to help content creators improve their vocal delivery. The App provides voice analysis, feedback, and coaching recommendations based on peer-reviewed vocal science and acoustic research.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Voice Recording and Analysis

The App requires access to your device's microphone to record and analyze your voice. By using the App, you consent to the recording and processing of your voice for the purpose of providing voice coaching services. All voice recordings are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CreatorVoice.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CreatorVoice.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Professional Advice Disclaimer

The voice coaching and feedback provided by the App is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional voice coaching, speech therapy, or medical advice. Consult with a qualified professional for specific vocal health concerns.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
